Workshop Outline

This workshop will explore three life-changing writing practices and how to incorporate them into your wellbeing routine.

The Workshop's Goals:

  • to teach participants the writing practices and their potential benefits

  • to provide opportunities for participants to recognise, craft, and share their knowledge and experiences in a way that foster healing, both for themselves and others

  • to foster connection and build community for writers
